This day I served this meal as a healthy choice for myself. It is a small sweet potato, organic sausage, and roasted cauliflower. I rubbed the cauliflower in olive oil, garlic, and parsley flakes. It looks a little too dark, but the flavors were there. My husband loved the flavor of them. I mainly eat Keto-friendly foods This day even though I ate the small sweet potato I did not go over my carb quota.

I just made some roasted cauliflower myself. I love the garlic flavor I added a bit of basil to mine.
