Thursday's Reflections – "Back to the Treadmill!'

Physical fitness is so important for your health. I am no model and I need to go to the gym, but having my arm in plaster meant that I could not go to the gym or practice swimming

So today a trainer will take me through some more basic exercises for my age which near 65 yrs and give me a routine. I aim to do swimming practice one day and gym practice on alternate days as that is all my time will allow

I love looking at the outdoor pool. It is less than 16 degrees C being winter so the birds enjoy it. Yes, this pool is closed for winter.There is an indoor heated pool people go to, and it has one of the best swimming trainers in Auckland, although for me, the most important thing is to practice until I need a trainer for swimming
