I am very proud of my weight this week, as well as my eating habits.

With only an hour to get this work out in I had to make it work. I love it when I have so little time to workout because I prioritize how long I spend doing a workout and switching to the next.
I literally had to chill what the abdominal workouts because I ended up cramping. I kind of went hard on my hanging knee raises workouts.

how long before the first race?
Possibly in April, but I have had my eyes on one next week in San Francisco.
marathon or 1/2 marathon in San Fran?
Either a 10k or half marathon. Probably will choose the 10k because the course is tough and at this moment I’m not prepared for a hilly half marathon course. Later in the year I will be, but right now I am not.
This is just a workout, but when I am training for a race, the cardio is definitely increased.
My main focus now is just keeping my cardio level decent, so that I can ease in to the harder workouts in the spring.
