I am always excited to get a workout in, but today was a different feeling. I was very well energized for this workout which could be because I had over a week off from working out, or maybe it was my amino energy powder.
A co-worker introduced me to amino energy powder which she uses it as a energizer during work shift, but I use it more as a workout supplement.

I love incorporating reading into my workouts, especially while bike riding or either walking on the treadmill. Always a great feeling to not only work the body but the mind as well.

Ending bike mileage
- 2 mile run
- 40 abdominal crunches
- 30 pound curls, 30 repetitions
- 30 push ups
- Ab coaster: 25 repetitions front, 10 repetitions on both side
- 25 pound kettle bell swings – 15 repetitions
- 8 mile bike ride
- 50 pound abdominal crunches – 150 repetitions
- 20 pull ups
- Chest press, 50 pounds – 30 repetitions
- 1.02 mile walk
Something to think about, but if you want to live a healthy fit life, try surrounding yourself around people who live that life instead of the current people you surround yourself with that hinder you from living that life.
It is hard to believe that another Christmas is almost here, as well as another year at its end.
