The workout

I am very proud of my weight this week, as well as my eating habits. 

This was last minute playlist put together while on the treadmill. Just enough minutes to get me through one mile.  Feel free to add this playlist if your intrested in listening to it. 

With only an hour to get this work out in I had to make it work. I love it when I have so little time to workout because I prioritize how long I spend doing a workout and switching to the next.

I literally had to chill what the abdominal workouts because I ended up cramping. I kind of went hard on my hanging knee raises workouts.
