Here goes my playlist for this workout for mostly the run. I put this together at the spare of the moment before heading into the gym because I wasn’t sure if I was going to add a run on the treadmill to my regime. Feel free to listen to this playlist.

My only regret during this run was having my target time which was 20 minutes set for this entire run. Once I completed the run the treadmill immediately stopped. I ended up getting off the treadmill, so that I could walk in order to cool down. Never again! Next time I plan to just set it for 21 minutes instead of 20 minutes, giving myself 1 minute to cool down. The cool part about my playlist for this run was that I finished it upon completion of the run.
Row machine
The curve ball I threw at myself during this work out regime was the row machine. Oh, the joy!

- 40 Sit ups
- 2.50 mile run
- .50 mile walk (cool down)
- 70 Sitting knee raises
- .37 mile (600 meter)- 3 minute row
- 30 Hanging knee raises
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull ups
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull ups
- 8.00 mile bike ride
