I’m glad that I got this work out in today because tomorrow is Martin Luther King Day and the gym will be closed. Today my sole purpose was to get in an abdominal workout, and some mileage on the stationary bike while reading my book in the process.
As for the abdominal workout a chose, I researched a lot on the hanging knee raises workout which works the entire abdominal region. Lately, I have been flooding my Pinterest collections with different types of abdominal workouts and that was one of those workouts I wanted to add to my daily routine along with the standing trunk twist.
It seriously feels like the older I get, the more work I have to do to my abdominal muscles, but needless to say I am up for the challenge.

Well enjoy. Have a great day
Good work! I’ve been reading inspiring and convincing posts today. I’m glad I found you. You have encouraged me today. Also, what do you think of a stepper exercise? Any advice? Thanks.
Thank you for this post!
Thanks. And I post workouts often solely with the goal of inspiring others to get out and be active. The stepper machine ( https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1GNAM_enUS689US689&biw=1517&bih=730&tbm=isch&sxsrf=ACYBGNSIU2D3xI_F52TFyuGawKlkXbHrig%3A1579615341046&sa=1&ei=bQQnXqi9As3EsAXx06zQDA&q=stepper+machine&oq=stepper+machine&gs_l=img.3..0l10.103451.104340..104559…0.0..0.331.933.7j1j0j1……0….1..gws-wiz-img…….35i39j0i7i30j0i24j0i5i30.IkkOVRFfPIc&ved=0ahUKEwjop6Pa7ZTnAhVNIqwKHfEpC8oQ4dUDCAc&uact=5#imgrc=q3QGGVEfSVW0JM:) isn’t that bad of a workout, however this one is a waste of time (https://www.google.com/search?q=stepper+exerciser&rlz=1C1GNAM_enUS689US689&sxsrf=ACYBGNRoaHPOpqr0vTR7_A-rrkHyNbYdMw:1579615332409&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjqjpTW7ZTnAhVWCc0KHUXKDOoQ_AUoAnoECA4QBA&biw=1517&bih=730#imgrc=kcKqYO3rg01UBM🙂
why are the mini stepper exercise a waste of time?
You will get more out of the machine than you will the mini stepper, but that is just my opinion. It depends on your overall fitness goals.
The machine isn’t that bad, but the mini thingy is a waste of time
you are amazing pal! I need to get out and walk more!
Go for it! I just solely couldn’t be just a walker because its just not enough to my standards, but hey! Go for it.
i used to be a runner, but when I hit 50 my knees hit 85!
Walk on Doc. Have a fabulous day
More power to you that is some workout
Gotta make it count Rasma. I work crazy hours and cannot get a workout like this in during the week. But since I’am off on the weekend I have ample time.
