Hey Alex Ladante! I managed to get my resting heart rate after doing this work out which was 106! From now on, I plan to get it prior to every workout to gauge where my health is and how much I can take. With this work out I just simply wanted to get in a cardio workout, and a few upper body workouts prior to going to work. After entering my apartment building, I got the urge to do the stairs which I have done many of times in the past. I love the burn in my legs after a good stair workout, which I most definitely got after only 5 repeats of these stairs in my apartment building. For my readers, do you add stair repeats to your workout?

I’ve always tried to do this, it’s a better way of life…
I did them so much one time that the workouts felt like nothing. I always had to do something prior to the workout, so that I would gain something from it.
I don’t have a workout routine, but I like to use stairs whenever I can
Hey, Mr! Yes! Use those stairs because you want you to be healthy, so that you continue to pump out more art for us to enjoy.
I also park far away and walk to the store- it is easier and healthier
I’ll take note of that when I’m visiting Jewel Osco
I only have dim memories of that chain, but they have large parking lots if memory serves
Funny that you mention the parking lot because I just mentioned that in a review. Huge parking lots that are shared with several businesses and restaurants.
Don’t talk to me about parking lots- I live in SoCal, the strip mall capital of the union, possibly the world…
See how crazy am I. I do these bad boys for fun : )
I neither enjoy it or disdain it, I just do it…
And that is good that you do not avoid them. I see too many people struggling going up little sets of stairs.
I tear ass up or down stairs, unless I am with a date…
Oh my goodness, I would have to stop and wash the stairs, good excuse for a rest!
That is a lot of stairs. You are inspiring to get up off this computer and onto my treadmill.
And that is my goal Carol. Inspiring one is well enough for me : )
