and here is my latest update to the bellydancer that I’ve been working on. she’s pretty much good to go, so I should start thinking about the background that she’ll be inhabiting for the final version

#1 work in progress

this is what happens when you forget to swap out the roughness mask

one of the other users turned me onto the location used for the placeholder background

while she isn't Salome, she can still do the dance of the seven veils if she wants to

I think the rough aspects does give it a certain something extra. It has a certain visual characteristic which seems to carry the theme to an extra dimension.
