This image was also taken down by the river. Even though the tree had been cut down, new life springs forth from it. I’m not sure what type of mushrooms these were.

There are mushrooms on trees like that in an MMORPG I play… You can jump on them to get up on top of things.. LOL… I have no clue what kind they are!

Looks to be Alder Bracket fungus, which breaks down the dead or dying tree trunk.
They had cut a bunch of trees down, this stuff was everywhere
Not sure if you could eat those! Look cool though. ?
