I take a lot of pictures. In part because I use them on my blog, in part because my father always took pictures. My grandfather’s both Andersen and Johnston took pictures as well. I am someone that loves cameras.
Today’s image just two days old is my dog.
I call him the Mighty D. His actual name is Dylan Thomas Pickles Andersen. The pickles part was added because one time we gave him a pickle and he ate it.
Dylan Thomas, of course, comes from my favorite writer.
Dylan joined our family in 2012. He was my best walking buddy right away. Now he is a little more bossy about his walks.
My wife loves him because when I watch sports on TV, I used to yell at the TV. Dylan thought I wanted to play and whenever I yelled at the TV he would nip my feet. My wife saw him doing that and praised him so if I yell at the TV; I get nipped. I stopped yelling at the TV, or wore my shoes as a safety net!
Hehehe. That is very cute, it’s little things like this that gives pets their own personalities.

At this point I think public opinion is heading in Dylan’s favor…
Therefore I conclude that Dylan is a good and wise dog who knows where to put his loyalty. Lol!
