Great post!
Because your post cover is a snake in hand, I immediately remember one of my hobbies when I was a teenager. For two years I collected snakes and I placed them in some cages, and for two years our house was never visited by any guest; friends or relatives. It seems that you are indeed very familiar with nature, Kim. How nice!-

I think all the snakes I collect are just the usual ones; cobra, Malayan pit viper, blue krait, banded krait, red-necked keelback, whip snake, oriental whip-snake, piton and some others. In the past, usually after midnight, I and my younger brother along with some friends went looking for snakes in the fields or gardens. You know why? I once learned to be immune to snake venom. Now? Hmmm…

Amazing photos, Kim. So interesting to learn about all those creatures you have over there. We have no snakes, and few lizards, here. I guess the dogs can’t tell the difference between the dangerous and docile snakes?

Love your photos Kim, so many different types of wildlife.
The fish reminded me of when Dustin and I would go fishing,
He loved it. Great memories. -
