Today, for change, I will join the challenge that Kim started. It is set to turn orange this week. While browsing my archive of pictures, I found this interesting palm tree picture I took last year when I was on vacation. I do not know what kind of palm tree it is, but it has very nice fruits of orange color which probably are not edible otherwise we would have picked them already. I hope you like the picture.

Those fruits do look appetizing but I don’t know anything about them. Great orange post!
I have a question: Did you use tags with this post? I don’t see any tags here or on any of your posts. A number of us are having a problem with our tags and we are wondering how many others are having the same problem. Thanks.
Thank you for your visit and nice comment…sorry just don’t understand what tags you think … I don’t use any special tags anywhere
Ok thanks. If you did use them they probably would not work anyway. Thank you for answering. Have a great day.
It is a great pleasure to help if I know, my friend … I wish you a nice day too
This is a date nut palm. Yes they are edible. The dogs love them. lol
Thanks for viewing and kind comment, dear friend….thanks for the information
So exotic tree for me, looks so marvellous!!! Thank you very much for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching and kind comment, dear Anastasia
I don’t know if the fruit is edible or not but it looks good.
Thanks for viewing and a friendly comment, dear Pamela
What a unique photo! I loke it, hope that you can eat them for good
Thanks for viewing and kind comment, my friend….I don’t know if it’s edible … I painted it at sea
Exactly such a tree is 5 meters from my terrace. The dates are edible when dried and turn brown. Unfortunately, the birds eat them before us.
Thanks for watching and kind comment, dear Elenka….I just know the dates, but I don’t know if they are dates … I haven’t seen them in a tree
Looks like the parlor palm in fruit. The birds eat these fruits.
Thanks for viewing and a friendly comment, dear friend…
isn’t that a date palm?
Thanks for viewing and a friendly comment, my friend….I don’t understand what you wanted to ask
I think it is a date palm. which means they are edible…

Thanks for the kind explanation … it seems strange that they were not already harvested because they were very mature
perhaps nobody knew they were edible, or just didn’t like dates
Probably really no one knows they are edible
I don’t know if the fruits are edible.
Thanks for watching and kind comment, dear Vidocka….I don’t think … if they were edible they probably wouldn’t be on the palm tree anymore … they were perfectly mature
I agree. They would surely be picked up already.
Picked up and eaten, dear Vida
This picture has reminded me an event of my childhood
Thanks for watching and kind comment, my friend
I have honestly never seen anything like that before. Very cool picture pal!
Thanks for viewing and a friendly comment, dear friend….I also saw such a palm tree for the first time
