One very confusing thing was finding a dry creek up hill. All the stones in it and around it confirmed that theory. It seems that there wasn’t any water running there for a while, but one could easily feel the power that once was tamed between those rocks.
I hope you will solve the mystery
Oh, I certainly will. 🙂 But for a while, I’ll let it be, for it’s more interesting to imagine possible answers. 🙂
Dry creeks and washes are some of my favorite places to walk.
I can easily understand why. 🙂
A mystery that will probably remain that way.
With my curious mind- I doubt so. 😀 As soon as I get to know local people, I am going to do some inquiring. 🙂
Inquiring minds want to know. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing this blog about a dry creek.
Thank you for reading. 🙂
You are very welcome.
The question of the babbling brook (what is it talking about) or that of the dry river with water no more. Love the picture~
I’m not sure whether it’s dry river, or stream occurs occasionally after heavy rains…. Must admit it’s an odd place for the river anyway.
The power that once was tamed between those rocks? You make me curious!
I could tell, by the appearance of rocks that once a wild mountain river ran there. The whole scenery is magnificent like nothing I’ve seen before. 🙂
Your explanation makes me feel envy!
Don’t be, because I envy you on your nature and beautiful flowers. 🙂
Cloudy day. Photos would be better on a sunny day. And the water appears where you do not expect it.
It was nearly dark, when we came to this. But the landscape was so beautiful, I couldn’t go without taking at list one photo. 🙂
Really beautiful areas, it would not be a sin to take pictures.
I’ll try to take some pictures during the daylight. 🙂
