If you had 60 seconds to live, what would you tell the world?” Our genes are as changeable as our brains. The latest research in genetics shows that different genes are activated at different times – they are always in a state of flux and are constantly being influenced.
According to Bestselling author, Dr. Joe Dispenza, some genes are experience-dependent and are activated when there is learning, growth or healing; then, there are genes, that are behavioral-state-dependent, those are influenced during emotional arousal, stress, or during dreaming.
Meditation’s sole function is to remove your point of awareness away from your physical body, the environment, and also, the passage of time. Therefore, what you think and what you intend, becomes your point of focus instead of these external factors. Only in this state, are you able to change your internal state, entirely independent of the outside world.
The human consciousness notices everything, thus, it observes and pays constant attention to us. It is aware of our behaviors, our thoughts, our dreams and our desires. It sort of ”observes” everything into physical form. This is why the universe never responds to what we want; it responds to who we are being. Because of this, life is not about positive thinking, it’s actually about changing how you think, feel and act, and creating a new personal reality. How actively you use this knowledge, determines your progress towards finally bringing about your own personal change.
I agree with this view. Such an amazing topic to read and learn ,
Thanks for reading it Carol. I agree with you it sure is a fascinating inwards journey of self-discovery.
good lovely post and captivating
Lovely post Andre! Thanks for sharing this with us.
I agree with this view. It’s about how we realize and or create our true reality. And right, this is not about positive thinking (I have long disagreed with this paradigm and made this view unpopular) but to rediscovering our mission of existence.
Thank you for reading and watching my post. I was so hoping, that whoever visited it, would take away some value. What really blew me away, about Dr. Esponenza’s incredible research, is this:”Meditation’s sole function is to remove your point of awareness away from your physical body, the environment, and also, the passage of time.” Only at that point, are we able to change our thinking.”
Thanks for sharing this great video.
Self hacking for the win
Hello Alex, thanks for reading my post, If you haven’t yet read Joe Esponanza’s new bestseller, and decide to get it, you would be in for a real treat. It clarifies exactly why books like the “Secret” only worked for a few while the rest of us schmucks sat around thinking that we were totally clueless. He reveals stuff like, the human consciousness that notices everything, thus, it observes and pays constant attention to us. It is aware of our behaviors, our thoughts, our dreams and our desires. It sort of ”observes” everything into physical form, i.e. it “materializes” or manifests our thoughts.
A buddy of mine was really into NLP back in the day, we used to talk about it often so I am familiar with the concept…
Wow this was a great video and something to think about.
Hello Carol, thank you, dear friend, for making time to read this post. Dr. Joe Esponanza has indeed unearthed a huge chunk of the mysterious human consciousness riddle.
Such an amazing topic to read and learn about.
