I really wanted to get out and run today at Humboldt Park, but the weather was kind of nasty out, so I had to settle with what I could which was this indoor work out pertaining to yoga. Before, I never considered utilizing applications on my phone to do workouts, but my sole purpose was to put together yoga workout routines. There were pieces in this workout that I surely want to add to my gym workouts and workouts when I cannot make it to the gym because the burn was what I needed. I have shared snapshots of the ones I loved, but if you are interested feel free to ask about the ones I have not shared snapshots of.
Workouts:
- Warrior position
- Up and down
- Foward – back
- The line
- Cat position
- The pinwheel
- The check mark
- The swing
*Add ons*
- 50 Jumping jacks
- 30 push ups
- 30 reverse crunches
I really enjoyed the checkmark and the swing workouts because both are abdominal movements that I have not added to my routines before, so I assure you I cramped. And it was so bad that it took me a few minutes to get into the rectangle position which is a simple position.

How has your outdoor workout changed since this started? are you running with a mask?
It actually hasn’t, but I am more cautious now when I run by that walker or person standing on the trail in the way. Lately, I have been encountering people that are just out for a little stroll doing nothing. I typically have to go around them getting into their social distance space because of them being in the way.
My last outdoor run was last Monday, but as of late I have been doing workouts indoors because of the weather.
Our Mayor are actually shut down a bunch of trails because it was just too congested. Some of the people that I would encounter on the trails seemed to have no business being there in the first place. Just out for a stroll because its something to do, but clearly they’ve never been to that trail.
i wondered, i noticed that there are many fewer walkers in our neighborhood.
They can go out; it is just most are punishing themselves by staying in being miserable, lol. They can go out, but they just cannot be in groups or attend public gatherings.
Maryland is now officially on lockdown (as of last night)
Dont stress too much about it. Only thing that grinds my gears are that we cannot dine in at restaurants, lol. I gotta order by call or online. It does limit me to the restaurants I visited before because I know what to expect.
i still try new stuff even with delivery or takeout. If you don’t take a flyer you will never know.
Some of these restaurants don’t even have that or even pictures on their flyers.
it is a really hard time. Yelp changes them to be featured so many places like yelp reviews but do not claim the business.

Most of the workouts are less than 10 minutes, and good workouts. I’ll share more as the day go on.
