I haven’t been active on Virily for at least a month, due entirely to technical issues. For some reason I suddenly became unable to load images, and this is – as you know – essential when posting anything on Virily.
Even more annoying was the fact that I couldn’t even post an enquiry to the Help pages to ask what was going on. Whenever I tried I got an error message.
I would probably still be absent were it not for a fellow Virily member – who is also a fellow on another site – who posed the questions on my behalf and got things sorted.
To be honest, I am not very happy about what happened. Have other people had similar problems?

well, they often don’t respond 🙁
a couple of other tips, try a different browser.
if that doesn’t work
clear your browser cache.
I’ve already switched browsers once – there are only so many possibilities!
well as long as you have your passwords available clearing the cache may be useful.
depending on your computer
mac: safari, chrome, Mosaic, Firefox
PC: chrome, edge, IE, Mosaic, Firefox
oh and there are many others beyond these.

I have the same issue about trying to use ‘help’ or ‘contact us’ I always get an error message.
