Emotions among millenials are stigmatized. How emotionally stable you are seems to depend on how well you handle/hide emotions but that is not true. Releasing emotions especially crying can be one of the most de-stressing and freeing feelings and society needs to come to the realization that we are indeed humans and that makes it ok for us to show whatever emotion and cry whenever.
