  3. Well it goes to show you how convincing old wives tales can be. For me anyway is I thought it could get too cold to snow, so I got number eight wrong, the rest I aced! I love weather!

    • If you only got one incorrect, you did really, really good! Yes, that one is a common wive’s tale. I’ve seen it snow at 10 below zero. The thing is that it is just rare because the air can become so dry that snow usually isn’t formed. However, it can happen if there is moister (and usually warmer) air up above the cold air.

    • Apparently, I was supposed to check off a box that I didn’t check off. The next quiz I do, I will look for that box so it should give the results. Sorry about that.
