In the past few decades, people have started becoming increasingly aware of the importance of nutrition and why we should eat a balanced diet. This is a long learning curve because there are many misconceptions that have been around for a long time. This quiz is to check your nutritional knowledge when it comes to fruits and vegetables.
Each question will ask about a specific nutrient. It will be followed by three possible answers. Simply pick the best answer. This quiz is a lot more difficult than it sounds and there might be some surprises along the way.
Note: Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The picture shown for each question is merely the first choice given to that question. It won’t always necessarily be the correct answer. Thus, the pictures don’t give away the answers.

I got eight out of ten.
That is a really good score!
not worked for me 3 out of 10
That still gives you a really good starting point for getting additional knowledge! It is always a good thing to learn new things.
Very well done, Rex!! I got 7, but if my memory was better I probably would have gotten 9 or 10. I have had to have so much education about nutrition because of my health problems, including diabetes, cardiac rehab, and low magnesium! LOL
Getting7isstillvery good! Yes, knowledge is a good thing to have when you must deal with health difficulties.
Got 3/8..but i love eating them..nice quiz 😉
That is about how many I would have gotten right if I hadn’t researched this quite some time ago. lol
6 out of 10… expected to do better 😛 looking forward to more!
You actually did pretty well on that one!
You got 4 out of 10 right! And some answers surprised me.
That is a good score and it is a great thing any time you can learn something, even from a quiz. lol
perfect 7/10
That is an excellent score!
Only 4/10 – whoops!
I’m glad you put the illustration to question 7 – to Brits, that’s an aubergine!
Yep, aubergine/eggplant and courgette/zucchini can cause a little confusion, depending on where a person is. Of course, the same thing could be said of both Brit and Yank names, to Asians or others. Thus, people from various parts of the world might know exactly what benne, ajonjolí, bijan, goma, ngaa, kkae, kunzhut, linga, and vung are, but we might have difficulty unless we hear ‘sesame seeds’.
5/10
That is quite good!
4 correct. Well.. learned something new
4 of 10 is really pretty good!
You got 5 out of 10 right!
Not so bad
You are quite right. That isn’t bad at all!
7/10
You did extremely good!
i did my best. 🙂
10 out of 10.
Wow! That is excellent!
I got 3 out of 10 right
That is about how many I thought most people would get. If I didn’t already know this stuff, I probably wouldn’t get that many right.
You got 4 out of 10 right!
That isn’t too bad at all! Good job!
Only 2 but interesting
I’m glad that you found it interesting! Thank you.
Only 5/10 but learned some new things 🙂
Learning is a very good thing, so I’m happy to hear that.
Got 7 out of 10!
Wow! I didn’t think anyone would get that many!
I have been studying foods since I am going to go low carb…so it worked to my advantage!
4 out of ten. You were right
This one was definitely hard. Four out of ten is actually good!
Are you sure? Am flattered
Yes. I knew that this one would be hard when I was writing it. Hopefully, it was also entertaining and enlightening.
Only got 4 right but learned a lot!
You did well, actually. It is also always a great thing to learn.
