I think I know some individual cats pretty well, but most of these questions would be relevant to understanding them. And what an extra year or a few days if you’ve got nine lives anyway, LOL? Obviously I didn’t do well because I don’t remember trivia facts that I’ll not be likely to use. I only got four right.
I’ve to agree with you, not knowing the trivia doesn’t mean not knowing your cats… it’s just that I picked questions that interest me to mix in with some factual questions…
Anyway, I’m glad you drop by and tried my quiz 🙂
However there is a mistake, and I think I SHOULD correct it… (some may not know)
The question “Which of these is not suitable for cats to consume?”… the question should be “Which of these is SAFE for cats to consume?”… I don’t know why the correct version wasn’t publish … but anyway, basically all the options aren’t safe for cats to eat…
Cats can’t eat onions, garlic, dog food or raw fish …
The raw fish surprised me. I thought cats liked to catch and eat fish — raw.
I think its the bacteria in raw food which can cause food poisoning. And there is an enzyme in raw fish that destroys thiamine, which is an essential B vitamin for cats…
Hmm… now I know why cat food are made… LOL
Yet somehow cats survived for thousands of years before cat foods became a product you could buy readymade. Sometimes the cats themselves decide what is best for them to eat.
Totally agreeing but I guess every species evolve with time… Like we may become allergic to something we won’t used to simply because we’re getting more “healthy”…
It might be the same for the cats but still you’re right, they know it themselves… and will find ways to survive…
They’ve nine lives to try with XP

Only raw fish I do not know that it is not fit for consumption by cats
Yes, only raw fish… they can eat all other raw food except fish :p
LOL
Ok, I was kidding… It’s due to bacteria and an enzyme in raw fish…
If that’s the reason, there many wild cats that eat from the garbage, or the Japanese like to eat raw fish as well…
Haha… some of the thingy that are poison to them aren’t to human…
but oh well… many species are getting “pampered” so…
I got 6 correct, and learned a lot!
Thank you for taking the quiz, Carol,
glad you learn something from it!!
