  1. In Malaysia, mee siam is beehon/meehon fried with chili. So naturally, I got that wrong.
    We don’t call #10 air batu kacang any more, instead it’s call ABC short for air batu campur coz we now put cendol, nuts and other ingredients.

      I’ve no idea mee siam is fried beehon in Malaysia, I just thought its beehon with gravy and I super love it. My favourite Malay food.

      I guess there are some variations between the same food in different countries.

      We still stick to Ice kachang for anything that is just ice with simple syrup (and condensed milk), corn and red bean. (there maybe one or two more other ingredients like the seed, which name I can’t remember) Chendol or Ice chendol will usually comes with coconut milk based drink.

      I guess I will want to try the ABC in Malaysia, seems to have much more ingredients!!
