This is the Easter menu. There was a lettuce salad with fresh cucumber and sliced boiled eggs on top. Roasted Lamb Meat with Butter Sauce, Sweet Red Pepper and White Wine. Rice with Lamb ribs baked in the oven and flavored with mint. A cake that replaces the bread we buy every day from the store. Traditional Easter cakes – cookies and three different types of icing. It had raisins and ground nuts, liquid chocolate and a third with a rendered orange peel.
