Most of us have heard it all our lives, “eat your vegetables”. Wouldn’t it be easier if the chef just some how put them in and every turned out delicious and fine? I think there are many ways to introduce vegetables into your diet that can be simple and quite tasty.
Let’s begin with something very simple. You can just change the pasta that you purchase. This pasta is not gluten free. It does incorporate vegetables into the pasta. So you are getting a serving of vegetables just from the pasta. It doesn’t look different that your traditional dried pasta, so no one has to be the wiser. The brand is Barilla Veggi Pasta.

Got it – sorry about the issue. I wonder if I can fix it with an edit.
I don’t think so, because it was a misclick on my end. You can at most delete the whole question, but you will lose all the answers.
Anyway, I like hiding some healthy ingredients, especially if I make brownies. Cocoa/chocolate can mask anything. 😀 I also saw some mother who would make any dish her kids won’t eat otherwise into muffins.
I need to eat more veggies and I love them all!
I really do enjoy most vegetables.
ok, I read every post you put up today, you were really busy thinking yesterday! I love that about your posts!!!!
Oh my, I guess I probably over did it. I do tend to over think, lol.
