I came across a recipe online to marinate meat. So I decided to make some kebab!
It’s really simple but you need to prepare a day before (yes, to marinate the meat). And then the most difficult of making the kebab is the timing!
The kebabs are supposed to be grilled but I decided to use the oven instead and flipping often.

I kinda overcooked and the meat is a little tough…

Does it still taste nice?

NOOOO!!!!

It looks very tasty. I have not prepared it yet.
you spend a whole day marinating the meat so it will be tender, then overcook it so the meat is tough again. sounds like something I’d do…
Hahaha, the way you put it across made me LOL…
sounds so ironic … hahaha
I guess we’re both too green to handle meat well :p
I tend to overcook things, but I suppose that’s preferable to undercooking…
Now you can tell me how it tastes…
Hmm … I need to buy a new dictionary for that … lol
well, slightly saltish with a little sweetness …
and … fermented beer (just the aroma) … (well the marination has whiskey in it)
Now, is this good enough descriptions? :p
A good explanation and makes me hungry!!!
Especially if you can convince me that it is more delicious than the kebabs purchased.
Well, I can’t say for others, but one thing for sure – it’s uniquely alibb :p
You are making me hungry now. Most likely I will be looking for a restaurant that has these
LOL, but this is uniquely alibb :p
just kidding! I’m sure you can find a good restaurant that serve kebab! 🙂
I seriously need to add a restaurant that serves kabobs on my Yelp list.
Looks like you did a great job, we learn by trying.
Thanks
That’s true … we only learn by trying … 🙂
It looks good, I have never tried to this in the oven but it is a good idea.
Lol, thanks nela13. 🙂
Good on you. Slow cook is best. I use foreman grill to do that. Looks great
Thanks, Pamela.
i don’t know a grill at home … so yeah, got to “improvise”. :p
