Thursday reflections ~ Cultural monument of national importance

This is my favorite park for walking and relaxing. visited botanical institutions. The 85-hectare public park near Ljubljana offers the possibility of long walks. It grows about 3,500 species and varieties of conifers and deciduous trees, perennials, and wild herbaceous plants.

The Arboretum offers visitors of all generations, and especially elementary, middle, and high school students, an ideal opportunity to learn about plant and animal species and parks. The Arboretum is one of the most important gardens architectural heritage in Slovenia, which is why it was declared a cultural monument of national importance in 1999 by a decree in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. Due to its cultural, historical, landscape, and garden architectural features, the park has a special significance for our country.
