It is just the start of January and most of the Tabebuia Rosea trees are in bloom already. It was a pleasant surprise as I was not expecting this fine display until mid February. The temperatures have gone up by a good four degrees centigrade already. Makes me shudder to think how hot the summer months will be.
It is getting pretty warm during the day which doesn’t happen until the end of February. This would mean all the trees would bloom much earlier than the actual blooming season.
I wonder if the Jacaranda would already start blooming by end of January. I must remember this and not miss the Jacaranda season. While I am happy to see these beautiful trees in bloom the weather changes do worry me.
If you like beautiful trees take a look at the African tulip tree I have posted about earlier

we were 36 degrees (about 4 c) on Thursday and neatly 50 degrees (about 15c) on Friday. But next week we are back int the freezer!
Oh wow, such drastic changes in temperatures there.
everybody in our house got sick during this fun time of weather!
I am so sorry to hear that.
the illness has moved on to another house now!
I am at logger heads with nature as it is behaving quite oddly.
I kind of understand, my cabbages and cauliflowers seem confused with these weather changes.
We are in winter right now.
But is it warmer than usual this winter?
The weather is not changing here, no cold, no snow, a few grades of warmth.
Wow that seems like a great place to live in.
These blooming trees are a gorgeous view!
They are indeed Ellie925, I love these trees.
Here too, the weather is too warm for this time of year, dear Dawn
Hmm.. so you are also experiencing changes in weather.
We also don’t have “normal” weather. We have a very warm weather.
Just as I thought. Trees and plants around the world must be greatly confused.
