You and I perhaps would have to join Yoga classes to know the benefit of stretching. But not our pets. This little one who is hardly two months old knows it.
All our cats are seen doing stretching exercises every single day. They have a programme – playing with toys, playing with each other, keeping a distance wanting space and so on. I learn so much from my pets.
The mother cats are so caring indulging their time on their babies but once they are independent they just leave them alone.

We can learn a lot from animals, and it’s becoming more evident since smartphones are around.
What has smartphones got to do with animals? (lol)
More people have smartphones today and make videos about their and other animals so we get to see more of the things they get up to. I don’t know, perhaps I’m wrong, let’s just leave it at that.
I use a camera. My mobile is basic – just voice and texting.
That is so cute I could never sleep like that but the cat looks comfortable.
I always curl up and toss and turn in bed (lol)
Lovely animal the benefits of stretching is very healthy and I like any exercise that does stretching..
It is recommended that when get up in the morning we should do that only after stretching.
ah, hehe the cat was so beautiful..Grace 🙂
I call this the teenager time, that long string bean. The are pros at stretching for sure. By all means animals are more organized. They have more instinct than us.
“Long string bean”! I like that.
Right from the day they are born they are into their activity – all organised!!
lol, I give them nicknames. Nickle is still called bean sometimes. I just shortened it. lol I love watching them.
watching cats interact with each other is wonderful.
I sometimes wonder where they get the energy from
They surprise me with that robust energy as well.
At some pointy we need to learn from animal as well
In every situation animals teach us something.
