Sunday, May 12th is Mother’s Day for some of us. It is a big celebration in the US. I think every day should be Mother’s Day, for all mothers.
No celebration here for the big day. I am Dustin’s Mom. And will always be Dustin’s Mom… forever. I might have a slice of pie or a bowl of ice cream. But that will be the extent of my celebration.
Sharing a card Dustin gave me years ago…. “For a Wonderful Mother”. I would not take anything for this card and many other keepsakes I have. Happy Mother’s day to me.

Indeed, and perfectly said Doc. No matter how much time we have with our loved ones, it is NEVER enough.
That is the reality of humanity is it not. That there are those we love, and we can never have enough time with.
Yes it is reality indeed Doc. Hard to accept at times but it is what it is.
That is the knowledge that there is more beyond this life!
