Staring is what we do every single day sitting in front of the computer or squinting our eyes to read what is there on the mobile screen All this affects our eyes very badly
To take care of this what we need is movement of eyes – a simple 5 minute exercise. Just sit where you are comfortable without moving your head first look at a distance as far your eyes take you and then look at anything that is closest to you. Look too your left and then to your right. Rotate then in both directions.
EACH MOVEMENT SHOULD BE FOR 10 SECONDS WITHOUT MOVING THE HEAD.

I have to use eye gel drops in my eyes due to dry eye.
I use that too. It is called Refresh Tears. Those who work on the pc need that.

Even just blinking helps when you sit in front of the computer.
That could form a part of the entire exercise.
I think my real answer is maybe. I don’t know and I will give it a try.
It does not take much time and that is why one could adapt to it.
