The weather the past two days has been almost spring like for a change. We had 20s and 30s last week and now 60s. So I am really getting excited that maybe spring will be around the corner soon.
Going through some of my photos in my library and this butterfly caught my attention. It is a silver spotted skipper. They are actually very common but still beautiful. And always a welcomed visitor in my garden.

Love the photo, and I sure hope spring will be here ahead of schedule.
Beautiful capture, lovely photo.
We also had a thaw, but not so strong as yours – 0/+2 °C. And this butterfly is very beautiful!!!
I had a great Sunday working on the computer and doing some exercises like running in place and writing my Batman (1966) television show crossover fan fiction on Archive of Our Own with Wordgirl and her Justice Team called the Lexicon Bandits.
I am so glad to hear you had a great day!
My fan fictions are usually from either the Batman television series, the Superman movies with the late Christopher Reeves and the Netflix cartoon Miraculous Ladybug and Cat Noir with my best readership based on the Wonder Woman movie.
supposedly we are meant to have an early spring
Fingers crossed, I am so ready.
I am right there with you!
I have to get out more when it warms up. It’s been a while since I’ve seen one of these guys.
Same here Gary, I hope to see them soon.
After this winter I’m looking forward to seeing a Cabbage White.
The monarchs and swallowtail are my favorite but I love them all.
Very nice picture … we had a nice and warm Sunday
Thank you very much, glad your weather is nice.
The butterfly is really wonderful. We also have very warm weather.
Thanks, I am so ready for spring.
