Let’s take the see food discussion further, I have posted about Lobster last time. This time I will discuss about another of my favorite sea fish “Salmon”.
Cooked Salmon is really delicious. The color and taste both are superb. Not only the taste but the nutrients also very healthy.
Salmon is an oily fish with a rich content of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This is very good for the human heart. There are different ways one can prepare Salmon. Which one is your favorite?

I prefer river trout. I prefer sea bass from sea fish.

we didn’t eat Salmon often when we lived in the middle of the US. Now, living on the east coast we have it all the time.

Yes, it is not available everywhere. But when you get it you will not want to miss the taste of it.

Salmon is not available here but for omega 3 there is the sardine and mackerel.
I like mackerel too. that is also good for health.
Baked or grilled salmon is my favorite. And very healthy.
