Cooked Salmon is really delicious. The color and taste both are superb. Not only the taste but the nutrients also very healthy.
Salmon is an oily fish with a rich content of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This is very good for the human heart. There are different ways one can prepare Salmon. Which one is your favorite?
