Well, this is another dish from my cousin’s wedding! Scallops is a must-have during weeding banquets, because they are also known as “dai Zi” in Chinese which means “Bring children”! So obviously the parents of both bride and groom would like this dish a lot!
But sadly, I thought this dish taste ok only … :/

I love chinese food alibb. I love to eat peanut chicken ,lomein noodles, etc.I have not eaten what is on your photo here. My Chinese food has to have the sweet and sour souce on most of it lol.
Meant to say most everything has to have the sweet and sour sauce on it lol.

I really love scallops, but they are very dear here. I never attended a Chinese banquet, but once I was at a reception in the Chinese embassy here in Ireland, where an amazing array of finger-food was served!

Wedding Banquet and finger food are kinda slightly different.
We get 8-10 dishes and they all have a specific meaning to them.

this is delicious scallop but expensive.
