From the elaborate to the ordinary. Cribs come in severeal forms and that depends on the enthusiasm of those who create them. As kids we created elaborate cribs that even had green fields, water flowing covering almost half the yard.
This crib was a quick fix thing done to give a finishing touch to the setting in readiness for the party that we had way back in the year 2009.The kids got a round of our garden. There was Santa, lots of games, good food, music, dancing and fire works. Each child got a gift from the Santa.
The parties that I have organised always had a touch of variety. No party was same as the other.

Such a lovely tradition! Unfortunately, we don’t have it here.
The beautiful crib. We put the crib under the Christmas tree.
We mostly have it in the yard
We have this tradition of setting up a crib, dear Grace
Have you put up one this year?
We used to, but I stopped doing cribs some years ago. I decided that I wont put my back to the test.
I too do not work on ot now but until recently I did. We have all the stuff with us which I might now donate.
Not many people put them up in their houses but schools and churches do.
Here there are competitions between houses.
I have no knowledge about this.
Are there no Christians in your country?
