Pink Memories

Lantanas are extremely attractive to pollinators. It’s common to see numerous butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds swarming around these plants, drinking up the abundant nectar produced in their small, tubular blooms.

Missing these beautiful blooms from my spring garden. The cold winter days bring back all kinds of memories. I am blessed to have memories of my lost loved ones. I try to keep the good ones in the forefront of my mind. Somehow this tends to help keep them closer, or so it seems. I have so many lost loved ones I am missing today. Forever memories are what I have left. Is it enough? It has to be enough to carry me through.

Like a bird singing in the rain, let grateful memories survive in time of sorrow. ~Robert Louis Stevenson

  1. Memories built up over the years give me hope and strength every day and for many many years ahead. Memories crown my head with the goodness and loving kindnesses of God.

    Thank you for the inspiration.
