When you wake up from a nightmare, try to take your selfie to see how you look. It’s just for fun so I did it one time and see the result. Don’t I look handsome in that selfie? For sure your reply will be in the negative, hahaha.

It’s as if you saw a ghost, lol. I haven’t had a nightmare for many years but I have experienced times when I’m chocked by saliva, I had to struggle to get rid of it.
I would try it next time when I have one but haven’t had one in a long time now.
