I do not set goals for New Year … I think it’s better if I do some spontaneous things
Thank you very much for sharing your perspective!
It’s awesome and very interesting new year
Thank you very much! I hope it will be a successful year!
I am not much into New Year’s resolution these last few years as I tend not to keep it anyway hahaha for eons I promised myself to eat healthy at the beginning of each year and to exercise but heck I am only good for few months then I stop lol
I understand you completely! Regarding exercising, I find doing 10-15 minutes of exercising every day more useful than having a work out once a week or something like that. I know it doesn’t sound a lot, but if it’s a realistic amount of time, you won’t be able to find as many excuses. And a little is still more than nothing. 🙂
If that is so then my daily 5-Tibetan Rites is enough hahaha I am only doing that actually coz it is said to help in opening up the chakras. I only do that when I am home though. When I am travelling, I stop temporarily along with my meditation
I’m sure that the 5-Tibetan Rites are very helpful.
I try not to set resolutions, but some slip in anyway…
That’s a good way to put it, I feel the same way about resolutions.
I don’t set New Year resolutions. Resolutions get broken so there’s no point.
Thanks for sharing your opinion! I wish you a wonderful 2018 though!
I don’t set goals, I only hope and believe that next year will be a better year.
I really hope that 2018 will be a wonderful year for you!
It really depends on how you look at how many goals I set. I am a writer and I have goals for my writing, blogging goals and personal goals all of which I plan on keeping up with this year.
Thanks for sharing your perspective! I wish you all the best in 2018! 🙂
Once again I am going to try to get my health under control. Started out last year good but it didn’t last…hope this year I can stick to it.
I wish you all the best and I hope you can achieve all your goals! 🙂
Never thought about New Years resolutions, but I have started in a local gym with a swimming pool. I can swim badly and working healing on a physical injury. Go 3 times a week. It’s helping me a lot and I aim to learn to swim. Yes, it’s important to set goals as long as they are realistic
I agree that it’s important for our goals to be realistic! I wish you all the best in the New Year; swimming is definitely very beneficial!
Setting goals is a good thing only as long as there is room for reasonable flexibility. The fact that we do not know the future means we cannot expect to be rigid in our goal setting.
I agree with you, Have a wonderful New Year!
I dont really set goals. I think of new things to do for the new year to improve my future.
This is wondeful, I hope you have a great New Year! 🙂
