  1. I don’t drink coffee. But I have a schedule for how to drink tea. I take one Green Tea each morning at about 7am. Every evening after dinner I drink hot tea again around 8:00 pm – 8:30 pm. I alternate one evening Mint a Chamomile. I’ve been doing this for about two years now. I know a lot about Chamomile as an herb.
