I learned to see beauty in things that others find uninteresting. Flowers, birds, insects, landscapes, have become my friends since I discovered my passion for working with the camera. I am attached to all these “friends” and I often meet them in my walks. Today I met my friends, “The Seagulls” and I was happy! I missed them, but today they returned to Chindia and spent some time on the lake.

Sometimes! I was not thrilled when the raccoon showed up with babies.
Last night as we were walking (it was dark) our friends the deer came to see what we were doing.
The deer here own the yard. In about a month they will have to move out because the elk will move in. Then I will be very careful going in and out. They are HUGE compared to me.
Moose are very big! We saw one in Maine!
Elk are also huge, sorry, got ahead of myself again.
I am still friends with many that I grew up with
I love that photo. There were always many seagulls at the Riga Market in Latvia and I would be feeding them and taking photos.
These are not permanently on Lake Chindia! They only come sometimes to visit! I only meet them if I’m lucky enough to be in the park when they come.
Such a peaceful photo you captured.
It was a pleasure to see them!
The view is so peaceful, I would agree to walk and enjoy these birds there.
I spent minutes in a row watching them. Unfortunately I did not have the telephoto and the picture is not very successful. I wish I could see them better.
