Here’s an old photo for the Sky Sunday Challenge. Many years ago, an ophthalmologist recommended to me that I take breaks every 30 minutes and look at the sky for a while. It’s supposed to be good for my vision, both because of the blue color of the sky that’s soothing for the eyes, and because looking at faraway objects is good for nearsighted people. In this case, I saw a hearth in the sky.
Even though my vision has become worse since then, I love looking at the sky. Colorful clouds are my favorite sight, but the blue sky with nice white clouds has its charm too.

Wonderful sky view. I immediately noticed my heart.
Thank you so much, glad to hear that!
I am probably killing my eyes. Oh dear. Am going to look up more eye exercises right now.
Me too, actually both my eyes and lower back. I have some exercises, although I am lazy to do them regularly.
i have a timer set to remind me to step away from the keyboard.
Well, that is a great idea. I just wait until someone yells at me and that could be hours.
I actually took a break to get a glass of water the other day because of your post about dehydration. It’s a good way to keep each other on the right track.
That’s a really good idea! However, I will probably just ignore it, lol.
there is a free app that will remind you!!!!
I mean I will probably ignore the reminder, lol
it shuts off your screen if that would help!!!
Now that is a smart solution! Thanks for sharing!
happy to help! there are a number of solutions that help you get away from the computer!
I see the heart, my dear friend … great picture
Thank you so much for your kind words!
With great pleasure, my dear friend
Good advice but I try not to be on the computer for too long…
All my work is done on the computer. I have at least 14 hours a day.
That is a lot of work, I have a lot to learn about computers and technology…
That’s a great thing! I find myself in front of the phone screen when I am not in front of the computer.
Pareidolia inverted, negative shape
The heartshape is one of the better things to see.
did you find it, or did it find you?
That’s quite a philosophical question. I guess we see what we want to see, but this reminds me of the following thought: “The water needs the thirsty as much as the thirsty needs the water”.
while I can’t endorse that statement, it is quite beautiful
Not all beautiful words are true, and not all true words are beautiful, lol.
That is a beautiful blue heart among those clouds. I blink my eyes often and I also get up and walk about my apartment at intervals. Otherwise, I probably could not even get out of my chair,
Thank you so much for the kind words! I understand you very well, I struggle with back pain because of bad posture.
I do eye exercises regularly
That’s great! Maybe you can write a post and share some of them. 🙂
Beautiful clouds. I try to do the same thing and it does help. I also have to use gel drops.
Thank you very much, Carol! Are these drops for regular use for dry eyes? I use something like that too.
