LEMON AND SALT WATER

Hi, how are you coping with the lockdown, I hope you’re managing well. This article is republished from my friend Celine’s email to me, a week ago. It reads, Andre, this is going to explain the potential benefits of a rather unusual daily drink tonic I have started using in the morning, instead of my 300ml glass of purified water… Finally, I have something for arthritis that actually works.

 I am actually pain-free in my joints since starting on this, 3 weeks ago. As you might remember from my previous letter, real sea salt (not processed refined salt) is actually very good for you in moderate quantities and has many health benefits, including supplying your body with dozens of trace minerals you cannot easily get from nature.  

Science has also proven that moderate levels of sea salt is actually GOOD for your heart health and does not negatively affect blood pressure like was previously believed years ago.  This may sound unusual, but the health benefits of this new drink are very real.

Take 300 ml. glass of warm water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, stir till dissolved. add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, stir and drink. Do this, first every morning, and watch your aches and stomach disorders disappear.
