I’m super excited! Just finished registering for spring semester. If I’m still around on Virily into the new year most likely I will be taking a 16 week hiatus away, so that I have less things on my plate during the semester. What do you think?
A few days ago, I shared with you all a detox drink that I’m drinking to assist with fat burn. At the time, I had not tried it, but as of right now as I share this I’m on my 3rd day of drinking it, and I have to say that it tastes amazing. My detox drink consists of a 8 ounce cup of water w/ 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Sounds good, huh? I’m considering switching it up going into next week. As of right now, I take it 3 hours prior to my bedtime, but next week I’m considering making it my morning drink just to get a feel of how my body responds.
Depending on how my body responds in the morning will be a consideration. But as of right now I do love the feeling I have when I wake up after recently drinking this detox the night prior.
