I started a 10-day body detox January 1st. With it, along with working out I’m looking at it as a way to assist me with burning tummy fat and maintaining my weight. After going through with this detox & colon cleanse, I would like to put together new eating habits into this New Year leading up to my preparation for Detroit Marathon for a better performance. Now with it being day 5, how I feel determines what time of the day it is, but overall I feel great! In the morning I do feel somewhat drained because the night prior I take a detox pill before going to bed along with drinking (apple cider vinegar, lemon juice & cinnamon). After I release my morning toxins I feel fine going into the day. I’m loving the routine of taking my formula at noon, along with (lemon juice & honey), then detoxing prior to the evening. During day 4, I slowly incorporated my workouts in, which went well! My only hope with that was not feeling too drained to get through it.
