The main task of leaders, in my opinion, is to “light up” people – to make them ready for action. This effect occurs when the leader manages to cause a resonance – to awaken the best feelings. That is why emotional intelligence — in other words, intelligent behavior in the emotional realm — is what I mean for success.
I am curious why the emotional intelligence of a leader is able to evoke a lively response in people and stimulate their activity?
It is said that we are not born being leaders, we become leaders. So, we can all become leaders if we improve our character, virtues, and behavior.
A leader has a very clear vision, or in other words, a path by which he or she is determined to lead others toward achieving goals. He is well aware of the situation, the potential, and sees the best way to reach these goals.
I think, the ability to take full responsibility for owning a vision and pursuing it with people who believe in leadership is a hallmark of a true leader.

To be a good leader one must be a good follower.
We are all different, some leaders, others followers.
