Annapolis MD has a long history. Some of it good and some bad.

watch a flower bloom!
The Apple Macintosh IIC. The previous computer I had, the Mac Se/30 was a B&@ computer. I was composing poetry so I didn’t care about having a color screen. But now I had children in the house, they wanted to play games that were in color.
Plus the Mac SE/30 only had a 40 meg hard drive. (Not gig – meg!)
I ended up getting the new Macintosh IIc computer. It was the more traditional desktop computer and it had both a 100 meg Harddrive and color output.
I couldn’t print in color (I had an Apple Laserwriter printer back then) but I could see color on the screen!

Dude this is a dinosaur. It’s hard to believe how much tech has advanced.
It’s even scarier to imagine where we could be in 20 years.
it is a dinosaur, and yes what the art of the possible will be is always interesting!
I have learned a lot from your posts. I learned a lot about computers. For some, I hear it for the first time.
i have had a lot of computers over the years. most of them are long gone now.
i once actually had a computer in my house, that I was repairing for a friend, that sold for 10,000 dollars new.
but the time my friend got it, it was 3 dollars at a yard sale.
Saved the flower video for later, looks amazing!
it is fun to watch – norman shared one that was similar –
I saw his ad well and watched this one late yesterday. Nature is so amazing.
i love finding stuff that is just relaxing and fun to share! you inspired me with your wonderful nature series (multiple series)/.
Oh yes! Hooray to the US Navy!
anchors away – the academy is on the east side of Annapolis!
Breakout was a classic. It was perfected by Arkanoid.
i was never good at breakout, I played tetris all the time!
Tetris is an awesome game. Have you ever watched the Tetris World Championships? Those matches are ridiculous. They actually show them on ESPN2 every year whenever they air The Ocho for 24 straight hours. My personal favorite on The Ocho is the World Pizza Dough twirling contest.
i haven’t watched either of those, turning on sports requires time (I don’t have) and sadly also negotiation with the non-sports people in the house! Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon are about all I get most weeks.
That’s fine – they have the previous championships on YouTube
someday i will get to watch them
The games aren’t that long – it’s best of five with whoever gets the most points in three minutes. That’s funny that your family won’t allow you to watch this for one hour; it’s only on once a year.
with DVR I can watch an NFL game in under 2 hours!
