Stlagtrees hang on tight
seeking not to fall
and crashing with
no one around
leaving only silence.
Each tree hanging on, striving
to remain
connected to a ceiling of snow
and losing grip
falling to the silence.
Will we fall as well
the stalagtrees releasing
their last grip
to sliding down
to a rest
against a parking stop
crashing
without a sound
for the no one there to hear.
Until even the snow
loses its grip
and falling
covers all
no sign to see.
