I Remember When…

opening up Virily was like opening up a little present every day. There was always something interesting, good, and kind to be found.  If that was the only reason to come here, it was a good enough reason to be here.  There were always pictures, stories, and most of all friendships. That is the site that I have grown fond of. I am hopeful that we are back at that point and we can relax, enjoy and appreciate one another. I am doing my best to be optimistic, hopeful, and helpful here even in these tough times.

Since my husband refuses to run away with me I guess I will be a responsible adult and get some work done. (It seems like here there is always that to be done!) After I do the dishes and put them away. Fold the laundry and put it away, I am going to make comments on all the posts that I can before noon. Perhaps that will make someone feel like virily is a “gift”.

  1. One we have absolute control over is how we react. We do not control anything else. But what a powerful thing it is, yet, for some reason, every generation blames the one before at least that is what the singer of this song says. May this song inspire you and your man to enjoy what you have right now, my good lady has been with me 46 years come 2 March.

The day I saw her, I told my Ma, I saw the woman I’m going to marry, my ma asked me what her name was and I told her, I don’t know yet, but I’ll know tomorrow. she was engaged so I asked her what I was going to be at her wedding and she had a slip of the tongue, (I believe it was fate), when she said, “Why, the groom of course.” I replied, saying: “Well that’s settled then,” What’s your name, mine’s Andre’ 3 months later we were married. I loved her dearly then, but I love her more today. Romantic, huh? (lol) Enjoy the song: https://youtu.be/gUdiQWxps5E
