it is in the distance, far in the future
ears clutching the sound of Mozart as it
leaps beyond the air, and
finding a single note missed that
finding cracks in the wall
expanded to fill
space beyond. Cracking the
inner ear of
the wandering orb of light
that resonating finds us clutching memories
like straws whose wrappers
blown into the air and then
circling to
lay on the floor/
the sound of Mozart
around us
as we grasp for missing air.
