This bias is very common. In fact, some label this as simple human nature. When looking back on a situation people often feel like they knew the outcome and probable issues before it happened. Look back on most things bring clarity and still with a bias as view it naturally to benefit what sounds and feels right to the individual.
A great example is a child who shouts out an an answer and suddenly realizes it is wrong. He quickly reacts “Oh, I knew that. I just said it wrong.

Bias towards anything on a large scale is never a good thing to me
but I’m biased lol
Oh my goodness I have failed. The whole point of all the posts on bias is to point out that they are neither good or bad. If you simply recognize them then you can make adjustments and clear the thought.
Nah, it’s probably just me.
I’m just too biased towards the word bias … that I tend to associate it in a negative way…
I do know I get biased but at the same time I feel quite helpless about dropping it.
Bias is both good and bad since the good side of bias is being careful while the bad side of bias is to think that a group of people or animals are bad.
It exists in everyone. It is helpful to at least examine it.
It’s similar to ‘single-minded’, I think. I believe when I used to fact and truth-based evidence, before declaring my conclusions, I will always do and say the truth, as a principle and practice in life. If my memory is a bit questionable and blurry about certain things, I’d always :1. Admit it to myself; 2. investigate myself and see the balance of everything; 3. If I’m wrong, based on facts and truth, I’d admit it openly.
I’m biased towards the truth, the right and the good. I guess, that’s a good thing. 🙂
Perhaps so. My new theory in life is “it takes all kinds of kinds”. Truth isn’t the same for all and often that is a hard concept to convey.
